Job description 1: Professional Real
Estate Recruiter
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Sales
skills are a must. However, “Hard
sale” skills aren’t our way. Soft
sale skills and supportive decision
making are crucial.Previous
recruiting skills – with a
documented successful track record –
are required. A real estate
background is helpful, but not
required. A mortgage background is
helpful, but the least important in
this position. The recruiter
should be skilled with the Microsoft
programs – PowerPoint, Outlook,
Excel, Word, and Publisher.
EXPERIENCE:
The recruiter and
RealNova
will be jointly responsible for
creating materials to be mailed out
to potential applicants. Cold
calling (to existing agents) will be
required. The recruiter will track
all contacts with the tools of their
choice (Excel, etc.) and report
progress back weekly to management.
RealNova
will provide additional training
materials for recruiting- if needed
and recruiter will have access to
such materials. This is a full
time position and the recruiter will
be required to work from the
RealNova
office.
HOW WILL RECRUITER BE
COMPENSATED:
Compensation is through the results.
The new recruiter role will be based
on performance and follow a “pay for
performance” model within the
initial probation period. After
probation period, this may be
considered for a salaried position
(will be discussed at interview).

Associate

associates through a
